A collection of healthy drink options and recipes. I self-test every cocktail I make before posting; some just don’t make the cut. Submissions (that are unique) are welcome and will receive credit if posted.
My goal is to maintain a collection of healthier cocktail options for all to enjoy. Drinking is already tough enough on the body, why add to it with nasty sugary mixers or calorie-loaded drinks? I don’t think college me would have been so into this; however, I’m 26 now, working all the time, and my body is much more susceptible to being dominated by booze.

Full disclosure: I’m NOT an expert bartender and this is very much a learning process for me. I’m just a guy that likes to have a few drinks here and there, but also wants to be healthier about it. I am also co-founder of the start-up drinkwel (an alcohol nutrition supplement).
I do not condone underage alcohol consumption. All drinks can be made non-alcoholic by removing any alcoholic ingredients and adding some very delicious water (hopefully not LA tap water). Please do not consume alcohol if you are not legally allowed to do so, heaven forbid.
